At Burley Strength, we understand that strength comes in many forms. Our coaching systems have been developed to be scalable to people from all walks of life.

Whether you’re looking to improve your skills with a barbell or just keep up with your kids on the weekend our coaching will help you find the most effective route to achieving your goals.

One-Off Coaching

The best option for the occasional tune-up or looking at a specific lift. Your first coaching session includes a pre-coaching consult & initial assessment.

Initial session [90 mins] - $160
Subsequent sessions [60 mins] - $130/session

 

Introductory Coaching Pack

A great option for anyone looking for an overhaul of the major components of their training. This pack includes 3 coaching sessions with a pre-coaching consult & initial assessment. You’ll receive a detailed technical report of the areas covered in your sessions alongside advice on modifying your existing training program.

Initial session - 90 mins
Subsequent sessions - 60mins

Ultimate Coaching Pack

The complete coaching solution and a perfect opportunity to overhaul your current training plan. This pack includes 5 coaching sessions & a customised 6-week training plan at the conclusion of your sessions. Your first coaching session includes a pre-coaching consult & initial assessment.
