Prepare to Powerlift

A 4-week course designed to prepare you for your first powerlifting comp. 3 small group coaching sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri 6-7:30pm). Perfect for all levels of lifting experience from complete beginner to seasoned gym goer.
Sunday March 14
Powerlifting competition that's open to all comers. No federation membership or soft suit required. Three gender divisions available: M/F/Mx. Perfect for first time competitors and returning lifters.
GPC State Championship
Sunday March 28
GPC sanctioned powerlifting competition. Totals count towards qualifying for GPC Nationals 2020. National records can be set. All lifters MUST be members of
